1. Acceptance of Terms

By using e-borlette.com, you accept these terms of use. This service is provided by Strategic Solutions Haïti S.A., a company registered in Haiti.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Reside in a jurisdiction where lottery games are legal
• Provide accurate information during registration
• Use only one account per person

3. Games

E-borlette offers the following games based on official lottery results from New York, Florida, and Georgia:

• Borlette: Choose 2 digits (00-99)
• Raf Cash 90: Choose 2 digits - Pays only on 1st position with x90 multiplier
• Mariage: Choose 2 numbers that must both appear
• Lotto 3 Digits: Choose an exact 3-digit number
• Lotto 4 Digits: Choose an exact 4-digit number
• Lotto 5 Digits: Choose an exact 5-digit number

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Transactions are made via:

• MonCash (Digicel)
• NatCash (Natcom)
• Purchase vouchers available at partner stores

Minimum deposit amount: 50 Gourdes
Maximum deposit amount: 250,000 Gourdes

5. Political Betting

E-borlette offers betting on Haitian election results. The following rules apply:

• Bets are accepted only on official Haitian elections
• Election types: Presidential, Senatorial, Deputies, Communal, Local (CASEC)
• Minimum bet: 10 Gourdes
• Maximum bet: 10,000 Gourdes per bet
• Odds vary based on betting volume and may change
• Bets are settled after official results are proclaimed
• In case of election cancellation, all bets are refunded
• Betting is prohibited if you are a candidate or campaign team member

6. Raf Cash 90

Raf Cash 90 is a Borlette-style game with an exceptional advantage:

• Selection: 2 digits (00-99), same as classic Borlette
• Win: Based on the last 2 digits of the official Pick 3 draw (NY, FL, GA)
• Multiplier: x90 instead of x60 - A 10G bet wins 900G
• Position: Pays ONLY on the 1st prize (first position)
• Advantage: 50% more winnings compared to classic Borlette (90 vs 60)

7. Sports Betting

E-borlette offers betting on sports events. The following rules apply:

• Available sports: Football, Basketball, Tennis, Baseball, Hockey, Boxing/MMA, Soccer, E-Sports
• Odds are displayed in decimal format
• Bets can be single or combined (multiple selections)
• Minimum bet: 10 Gourdes
• Maximum bet: 50,000 Gourdes per bet
• Odds may vary until the event starts
• Bets are settled according to official results of each competition
• In case of cancelled or postponed match, bets are refunded
• Live betting is available for certain events

8. Creole Roulette

Creole Roulette is a European roulette (37 pockets: a green 0 and 1-36 alternating red/black) available exclusively on e-borlette. Each spin is generated by a cryptographically secure RNG (CSPRNG) that guarantees fairness.

• Single currency: stake and winnings are in Gourdes (G).
• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• One account per person, per the sign-up terms.
• Bets are final the moment the wheel starts — no cancellations.
• Winnings are credited instantly to your main balance.

8.1 Tiers

• Free: 0 fee, fixed stake 10 G, 1 spin per day per user.
• Standard: 0 fee, free stake from 5 G to 1 000 G, no daily cap.
• Bronze: 25 G fee per spin, stake 10 G to 50 G, +0.5% payout bonus.
• Silver: 100 G fee per spin, stake 25 G to 200 G, +1.0% payout bonus.

8.2 Bet types & payouts

• Colour (Red or Black): win × 2 — lost if 0 lands.
• Parity (Even or Odd): win × 2 — lost if 0 lands.
• Range (1-18 or 19-36): win × 2 — lost if 0 lands.
• Dozen (1-12, 13-24 or 25-36): win × 3.
• Column (1st, 2nd or 3rd): win × 3.
• Straight (0 to 36): win × 35. Players may pick several numbers; total stake = stake × N picked numbers, and a single winning number is enough to claim the × 35 payout.
• The tier bonus (Bronze / Silver / Gold) applies as an additional payout multiplier.
